About this policy

Match Bag Planner is provided by Ken sistems Innovations. This policy explains how the app handles information when you organize events, packing checklists, and role templates.

Information you enter and local storage

The app stores information you create or import, including event titles, dates, times, venues, player/coach/spectator roles, completion status, and checklist items. Item information includes names, categories, quantities, priorities, notes, essential-item flags, and packing states. It also stores your customized role templates and locally generated record identifiers.

On Android, this information is saved in the app’s private local storage. No account is required. The current app does not send your planner records to the developer or operate a developer-hosted synchronization service.

If you use the browser preview, planner records are stored in that browser’s local storage. Android sharing and backup import/export features are unavailable in the preview.

How information is used

The app uses your records to display upcoming events and History, build and customize checklists, calculate packing progress, highlight missing essentials, copy events, and reuse templates. It also uses records to produce checklist text and backup files when you choose those actions. Marking an event complete moves it to History; it does not delete it.

Data collection, permissions, and diagnostics

The current application contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or remote crash-reporting SDKs. It does not collect account details or access your contacts, camera, microphone, or device location. Venue information is text you enter, rather than a location obtained from your device.

The Android manifest includes Internet permission, but the current planner functionality does not implement network requests or upload planner records. The app does not request notification permission or provide automatic reminders.

When a document import or export fails, the Android implementation writes an error and exception details to the device’s system log. No mechanism for sending these logs to the developer is implemented.

Sharing and third-party services

The app does not automatically share planner records with the developer, advertisers, or analytics providers.

If you choose Share checklist, the app passes checklist text to an app you select through Android’s sharing interface. That text includes the event title, date, time, role, venue, packing progress, and item details, including quantities, states, priorities, essential flags, and notes. Review it before sharing. The receiving app or recipient handles that information under its own practices.

If you export a backup, the app writes your events and templates to a document location you choose through Android’s file picker. A location may be on your device or provided by a third-party storage service. If you choose a cloud provider, that provider may store or transfer the file under its own privacy policy. Import reads the backup file you select and, after confirmation, replaces the app’s current events and templates.

The app uses Kotlin, AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, and coroutine libraries for application functionality. The inspected implementation does not use them to transmit planner information to their publishers.

Android system backup

The Android application allows operating-system backup. Depending on your device, Android version, and backup settings, the operating system may back up and restore app data through your configured backup provider. This is separate from the app’s manual export feature and is governed by your device settings and the provider’s practices.

Security

The Android app uses app-private storage and system interfaces for selecting documents and sharing text. The current implementation does not add its own encryption to stored planner records or exported backup files. Backup encoding is not encryption. Protect exported files and share them only with intended recipients.

The app does not implement its own network transfer of planner records, so it does not provide an app-level encrypted transmission service. Transfers performed by sharing apps, document providers, or Android backup depend on those services. No storage or transfer method can guarantee complete security.

Retention and deletion

Events and templates remain locally available until you edit or delete them, replace them through a confirmed backup import, or remove the app’s local data. No automatic expiration period is implemented. Completed events remain in History until removed.

You can delete individual events and their checklist items, delete individual checklist or template items, or clear all app data through Android’s app settings. Uninstalling normally removes the app’s local data, but separately exported files and system backups may remain. In the browser preview, clearing the site’s browser storage removes its local planner records.

Delete exported backups from the locations where you saved them and manage system backups through your device or backup provider. Deleting a record in the app does not remove copies previously shared, exported, or backed up.

For privacy or deletion questions, contact info@kensistems.online. The developer cannot remotely access or delete records stored only on your device. Information already held by recipients or external storage providers must be managed with those parties.

Children’s privacy

The app is a sports preparation tool for players, coaches, and spectators. A specific intended age range has not been established in the supplied app information. The current implementation does not collect children’s information through accounts, analytics, or developer-operated servers. Information entered locally, including any information about children, is subject to the same storage, sharing, and backup behavior described above. Avoid entering or sharing unnecessary personal details about children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app’s features or information handling. Review the policy accompanying the version you use for the current description of those practices.
